The Challenge
With the Super Bowl as the backdrop, DAS had one night to convert a Big Game event space into a reinvented C-suite-worthy brand experience that met the standards of past CLB experiences.
The Risk
A disjointed experience — one that felt generic or overly transactional, or an after-thought would undermine the goal of the CLB event.
The Goal
Position DAS as the premier destination for storytelling and give executives a compelling reason to deepen their ad commitment through an experience where trust could be built, candid and creative conversations could happen naturally, and executives would leave with a clear sense of what it means to be in the Disney ecosystem.
To give the event a distinct, ownable identity, we evolved the established CLB logo with subtle graphic nods to the iconic Mercedes-Benz Superdome — honoring brand equity while making the experience feel fresh and specific to the moment.
From there, we designed a fully immersive environment where every touchpoint worked together: personalized guest details, media walls, digital integrations, on-screen animations, curated photography, signage, decorative textiles, and table cards — all reinforcing the theme and making each executive feel like a valued guest, not just an attendee.
THE OUTCOME
The Super Bowl CLB delivered on every level. C-suite executives left with a renewed sense of what a true media partnership looks and feels like — not just the scale of Disney's portfolio, but the intentionality and care DAS brings to every relationship.
