ESPN College Football Playoff Sponsor Summit
For their 2023 College Football Playoff Sponsor Summit, our ESPN and Disney Advertising clients hosted a 2-day meeting for 170 attendees, including sponsors, ESPN employees, and CFP executives. Attendees examined the past College Football Championship partnerships and looked ahead to the upcoming season. For the aesthetic of this event, they wanted to lean into their exceptional event surroundings of Los Angeles and the remarkable SoFi Stadium and asked our team to create branded elements that leveraged the brand equity of the increasingly popular College Football Playoff while also tying in an LA vibe.
The College Football Playoff would not be possible without the sponsors, and this event was an opportunity to excite and show appreciation for the attendees. A streamlined, polished look was essential to our client, so we ensured every touchpoint we were responsible for throughout the activation reflected that. Our work started with the first communication to reach attendees, the email invitation, which set the tone for other components. These included an email template, personalized credentials, event agenda, event signage, presentation template and content layout design, and web graphics. These cohesive graphic elements supported the event organizers' goals of branding the event to ultimately showcase the appreciation ESPN and Disney Advertising have for their loyal sponsors, who help bring this special sports moment to life.
