Back when ESPN and the Southeastern Conference joined forces to create the SEC Network, all of the 14 SEC football coaches signed a limited number of footballs to commemorate the network launch. The autographed footballs became the centerpiece of one of Disney & ESPN Media Networks’ most highly valued promotional mailers.

The package included a glass display case etched with SEC Network logo. Each football was elegantly displayed within the case along with supporting collateral including a personalized letter, an “unofficial” certificate of authenticity naming the SEC coaches, and a 12-page brochure featuring promotional messaging about the SEC Network and fun facts about the 14 SEC schools. The display case product box was custom labeled with SEC Network branding and secured inside a shipping box featuring DEMN branding. As with all things SEC, the mailer was a huge winner.

In the following year, we had the opportunity to design a new bus wrap for SEC Nation, the SEC Network’s traveling pregame show. Barbour was involved in every step of the process including the selection of talent imagery, photo editing, and the creation of layouts for the passenger side, driver side, front, back and top of the SEC Nation bus.
