A glimpse inside the mind of young, California-based photographer Christopher J Rivera reveals a dark, dream-like world of fantasy. Rivera employs a really effective narrative, both written and visual, to advance his concepts. His use of Photoshop is particularly notable… he really applies it in a way that is very purposeful, and does not seem overindulgent or extraneous. Rivera is a fantastic storyteller with an already impressive body of work. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for him and how his work will evolve.
